Vesak to Vesak 2013

Cats and dogs living in monasteries and shelters are protected from animal abusers and from being put to sleep if caught by authorities.

Vesak to Vesak is made possible by animal lovers who supported our program with donations. The funds are used to supply animals in monasteries with food, hopefully throughout the year as long as fund are available.

You can support with any amount and we will inform you of the items and the reasons for selecting them. Contact us for details.

We do not release names of the monasteries to prevent abandoment of animals.
We are sending food to 10 monasteries and looking for more to add into the list.
Here is the current list:

Monastery A	18 cats including some kittens
Monastery B	9 cats all saved from being put to sleep
Monastery C	4 cats. Some with skin problem so we will send food that protect their coat
Monastery D	2 dogs and 1 cat. the 2 dogs were rescued from being put to sleep
Monastery E	19 cats living in 2 locations in the monastery
Monastery F	10 mostly senior cats
MettaCats	More than 100 cats and some dogs

If you know of monasteries that has cats or dogs, e mail us.
We will send them food suitable for their cats and dogs.
